Built from the small moments that make tango events feel like a community.
We’re tango dancers, and El Compas started with a simple thought: we wish this existed. ❤️
After years of travelling to tango events, we found ourselves facing the same little challenges again and again — finding a partner, connecting with other dancers before an event, sharing a ride, making plans for dinner, or simply discovering who else was going.
So we decided to build the platform we wanted to use ourselves.
El Compas is a place for dancers to connect before, during and after tango events — and, over time, wherever tango takes them.
We’re building it together with you, with dancers and organizers, one event at a time. 🧭
